By accelerating the deployment of personnel to crisis and conflict zones, Rapid Personnel Manager helps protect the most vulnerable. In particular we contribute to Target 1.5 of the Sustainable Development Goals by strengthening the resilience of at-risk communities and reducing the number of people affected by disasters.

3 Good health and well-being

In times of crisis, the fast deployment of health professionals is essential. Our system ensures that medical personnel reach affected communities as quickly as possible. This supports especially Target 3.3 by helping prevent the spread of communicable diseases and Target 3.8 by promoting timely access to essential healthcare services for all.

11 Sustainable cities and communities

Under SDG 11, we specifically contribute to Target 11.5 which focuses on reducing the number of deaths and people affected by disasters. By enabling the timely deployment of personnel, our system empowers humanitarian actors to respond swiftly, resulting in saving lives and minimizing harm in crisis-affected communities.

13 Climate action

In addition to man-made crises, natural disasters continue to impact millions with climate change increasing their frequency and severity. Rapid deployment of personnel during such events as well as mitigation and adaptation efforts are critical. Our solution supports Target 13.1 by strengthening resilience and enhancing adaptive capacity to climate-related hazards and natural disasters.

Our core values in employee well-being are transparency, equality, and a strong sense of community. We focus on team building and well-being at work to maintain the atmosphere we have. We work with flexible hours to promote work-life balance and create a culture of belonging, equity and fairness in the workplace.

We cooperate with schools and universities and are always open for development and education. We have had many students working on projects with us, and some have stayed as employees afterwards.

Our main product, Rapid Personnel Manager, helps both local and international humanitarian organizations utilize existing diverse sources of personnel efficiently. It makes jobs accessible while it is designed to remove bias and enhance inclusion.

9 Industry, innovation and infrastructure

We are empowering communities to build resilience through innovative solutions and technology. Our efforts are particularly focused on achieving Target 9.1 which aims to develop infrastructure that promotes human well-being, ensuring it is both affordable and accessible.

Molnix RPM is designed for sustainable service delivery by utilizing open-source technologies, which helps avoid vendor lock-in and supplier risks. Key benefits include cost efficiency, customization, flexibility, community support, security, collaborative innovation, scalability, longevity, and ethical considerations. Molnix actively contributes to the open-source community through code, bug reports, documentation, testing, funding, and support, while also publishing our own functionalities as libraries and projects. This approach not only maintains a robust open-source ecosystem but also enhances the team’s reputation and job satisfaction.

13 Climate action

We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact through optimized coding practices that reduce server capacity needs. Our data centers operate on 100% renewable energy. By doing so, we actively contribute to Target 13.2 working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

17 Partnerships and goals

We collaborate with humanitarian organizations, governments, and other key stakeholders to advance the SDGs together. Our work particularly supports Target 17.17 by fostering effective partnerships between the public sector, private sector and civil society.

We strive to co-create our solutions with local partners. This ensures the relevance of our solution for our partners.

We work with local authorities as well as regional and international organizations which have presence all over the world, such as Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement partners, Plan International and Care International to help them ensure rapid personnel deployment to crisis areas.

We align our efforts with humanitarian standards such as outlined by Geneva conventions, Sphere humanitarian standards and the Sendai framework.
