Rapid Personnel Manager version 46.2 has been released

Version 46.2 of Rapid Personnel Manager was released! This point release bring some improvements and fixes. Read on for more details.
New since version 46.1:
First of all, we would like to thank you for checking this release. We spend a considerable time to specify what is new to show you that we are working hard every day to improve RPM for each new version.
Improvements:
- Added switch to use “all of” logic in availability tag automation.
- Added nationalities to personnel excel export.
- Updated course review application logic with target course tag.
- Improved review visibility across application handling workflow.
- Updated wordings in leave page warning.
- Improved courses search api to return less data to make it fast.
- Allowed same-day selection for courses date range fields.
- Added delete newsletter option for admin and root.
- Added safeguarding reviewer scope.
- Changed personnel link in sidebar for reviewer to go to own profile.
- Made rpm:changepassword silent when successful.
- Added route access tests.
- Configured rate limiter exceptions for testing and local environments.
Fixes:
- Handled window.document.getElementById(“app-layout”) null case.
- Fixed tag styling as manager.
- Skipped sentry reporting on 401.
- Fixed save button not showing up in some personnel sections.
- Fixed Error: Call to a member function delete() on null.
- Ignored reporting of authorization denied exception.
- Fixed named route error in password reset email.
- Fixed exports with deleted tag groups.
- Added blob to script-src.
- Fixed TypeError by removing unused code.
- Fixed data exposure in agreement, alert, application.
- Fixed deployment and alerts rerouting with client + member roles.
- Fixed unknown column ‘deletefile’.
- Fixed error username must not be an email.
- Increased the export timeout to 12hrs to allow huge and complex data extraction even through web UI.
- Removed scopes based on role removal.
- Fixed targeting with multiselect.
- Fixed issue undefined array key tag_requiretagsbelow_operator.
