We believe in shared learning and collaboration. We encourage our employees to learn more of the things they are interested in and are always open for development and education.

We have weekly a meeting called knowledge sharing session (KSS), where we take turns in sharing our ideas or findings and delve deeper in different phenomena or solving issues we have come across.

As the work is quite independent, we counter loneliness with the precious support of the team.
