Rapid Personnel Manager version 17.0 has been released

We are happy to announce the release of Rapid Personnel Manager version 17.0! This release continues the rapid introduction of new features this spring! This time, we bring workforce management as a new module as well as graded tags, review actions in processes, and positions in intelligent alerts. Read on for details.

Building on previous features

The key new features of this release, have been initiated by our customers and extend on already existing functionality. A huge thanks for the ideas and providing all these features to all our customers!

The workforce module brings workforce management (WFM) features to Molnix Rapid Personnel Manager. Each section in the module represents a different feature. The first section gives you a quick overview of your staff using the availability calendar. The module is improved expanded as we go, let us know what you want to see next! Shifts planning anyone? Work hours reporting?

By introducing positions to intelligent alerts, we make it easy for you to alert your roster to recruitment directly rather than only having the availability request. At the same time, you can now choose to turn off the availability request if the application to the position is sufficient for that particular alert.

Automate your review queue by using the review process action. You can now automatically set targets for reviews, and also limit the number of reviews you wish to receive for any candidate. We expect to move course reviews to this system in the near future as well with the help of one customer.

Graded tags allow you to define tags that have multiple levels, or tiers. Examples include language levels, certification levels, and just about any tiered requirement where having the higher tier counts as eligibility to all the lower tiers as well. Note that we are bringing this feature in successively across the system. At this stage, you can set your grades in anticipation of making full use of them as the implementation progresses.
