Rapid Personnel Manager version 37.4 has been released

Version 37.4 of Rapid Personnel Manager was released! This is a minor release, however, we managed to make some improvements, along with any fixes needed. Read on for more details.

New since version 37.3:

First of all, we would like to thank you for checking this release. We spend a considerable time to specify what is new to show you that we are working hard every day to improve RPM for each new version.

Improvements:

  • Moved the components from the “Applications” module to more intuitive locations – reviewing-related items to the Review module, and own applications to the Personnel module. In more details:
    • “Applications” module was remove completely
    • “Review” section from “Applications” module was moved into “Review” module as “Applications”
    • “My applications” was moved into “Personnel”/”Profile” module as “Applications”
    • “Membership” was moved into “Users” module as “Applicant”
  • Added person’s replies to alerts by alert on basic information page.
  • Moved a position status box after process one and filtered a position list based on it. The change can be found in “Boards” module.
  • Added more field customization options.
  • Removed manager-based tag requests and warn if a requestable tag has no reviewer.
  • Added basic process related information into the admin guide.
  • Improved the text for a card in boards when it was withdrawn
  • Added comment and expectations options into a standard migration file.
  • Included position information into the alert email.
  • Improved user experience when it comes to moving cards between phases in boards manually.
  • Added criteria field into tag import/export logic.
  • Added a paramedic option into license to practise.
  • Added an institution field into education.
  • Added a nationality field into passport.
  • Added emails, phone numbers, venue, homepage fields into a course.
  • Added reply information for clients on client alert response page.
  • Completed a migration for one of our customers.

Fixes:

  • Fixed a unit test issue. This issue is not visible to an end user, but improves development flow.
