Rapid Personnel Manager version 40.0 has been released

The release of Rapid Personnel Manager version 40.0 is now ready for your review!  This time we prepared the following feature: new safeguarding function. We also took care of other considerable improvements and any fixes needed. Read on for more details.

New since version 39.5:

First of all, we would like to thank you for checking this release. We spend a considerable time to specify what is new to show you that we are working hard every day to improve RPM for each new version.

Features:

  • Safeguarding feature adds extra layer of safety for everyone by requiring users to provide safeguarding declarations. The configuration and declartion form can be configured at System->Module control.  Custom forms can be developed on requirement. Selected user roles will be asked to provide declaration. Providing invalid answers will put the user in review stage where a reviewer will have to review the declaration and take action. User will be not be able to access the system while in review stage or rejected by reviewer. This is also a first step towards MDS. Thanks to an unnamed customer!

Improvements:

  • Added alert heading in latest alert widget
  • Added search function in client user management page (Thanks to an unnamed customer!)
  • Added process name field to applications excel export (Thanks to Finnish Red Cross!)
  • Person’s spouse SSN can be edited only by admin or the person (Thanks to Finnish Red Cross!)
  • Improved process action form creation display by adding proper spacing
  • Improved position list date display
  • Improved Tag unit deletion experience
