Rapid Personnel Manager version 41.0 has been released

The release of Rapid Personnel Manager version 41.0 is now ready for your review!  This time we prepared the following feature: new training conversion report and system emails in user language. We also took care of other considerable improvements and any fixes needed. Read on for more details.

New since version 40.2:

First of all, we would like to thank you for checking this release. We spend a considerable time to specify what is new to show you that we are working hard every day to improve RPM for each new version.

Features:

  • Added training conversion report, that gives insight on rate at which people are getting deployed after completing trainings.
  • System emails will be sent to the user in their own prefered language.

Improvements:

  • Added validation for various fields in tag automation settings.
  • Improved cron performance by skipping inactive positions while running jobs.
  • Removed “RPM” from email title and unified the system email layout.
  • Added active deployments filter on map.
  • Added hyperlink and visual blocks to editor to help and identify extra spaces.
  • Updated email subject from “Decision of position” to “Update on your application”.

Fixes:

  • Manger can now only navigate to position from application review page based on their scope.
  • Added condition to check status of each tag automation while running.
  • Changed the language automation tags to be not requestable.
  • Fixed email footer wording and placeholder replacement.
  • Fixed organizations not being loaded when creating a deployment.
  • Fixed server 500 error when deleting process action.
  • Fixed deployment excel export column header not visible.
  • Fixed Proof of Life typos and improved file upload info display.
  • Fixed showing firstnames twice on person card.
  • Fixed loading languages while adding emergency contacts.
