We are happy to announce the release of Rapid Personnel Manager version 5.3! This is a point release that does not add any new functionality, but improves on existing features. An interim version 5.2 was in use with select customers who participated in the feature development.

New features in this release:

• Added more flexible fields for various forms of terms that you use or that may be required by your regulatory domain
• Added sex “Other” to the default list
• Responsive design improvements (better on mobile)
• Several smaller improvements and fixes
